Program name: "Return to Taiwan, Double Your Luck." Eligibility: foreign passport holders without Taiwan residency who have visited Taiwan at least once since Jan 1, 2023 and will stay 3–90 days. Structure: NT$5,000 base + NT$3,000/companion (up to 3 companions = NT$8,000 maximum per lead registrant). Credits load onto 7-Eleven stored-value cards.

Eligible arrivals: Oct 10, 2026 – Mar 31, 2027. Registration window for a Nov 2 arrival: Oct 1 (portal opens) through Oct 26 (7 days before). Weekly prize draw — not a guaranteed credit to all registrants. Check taiwan.net.tw.

MRT Red Line eastern extension (Guangci/Fengtian Temple Station): open Aug 30. Free rides ended Sep 28; fully fared by Nov 2. Airport MRT: NT$160 one-way to Taipei Main Station (35 min T1 / 38 min T2). EasyCard: NT$100 deposit (refundable) + top-up at any MRT station.
